"Street children and the homeless are the worst hit when disaster strikes. They are often left to fend for themselves". said MP Kunjalavi , who is the chairman of school .Students collected cash from their house and neighbors.The program was conducted by scout and guide team of school. Mr.K.Abdul rasheed the principal presided the function.

He reminded the students that they become a part of great cause by this. H e advised them to keep their goodness in heart and uphold these good values in future life. These symbols of charity and love will brighten their future, he added.
The amount collected by the students will be handed over to Hon. Chief Minister of Kerala through District and State Officials of Scounts and Guides, Kerala Chapter. The Fund collection was led by Shanah Hussain, Febin Sebastian, Mohammed Shamil, Seena Thomas and Afna. They were guided by Mr. M C Usman, Scounts Master, Ms. Asma and Mrs. Labeebath Nusrath
